Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced calibration professional to deliver training programs focused on the qualification and maintenance of critical instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training on the calibration and operation of laboratory and process instruments, including temperature, pressure, flow meters, balances, HPLC/GC systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance practices to ensure instrument reliability and performance.
  • Train participants on the proper use and handling of reference standards during calibration activities.
  • Ensure understanding and application of cGMP, ISO, and regulatory documentation requirements for calibration and maintenance records.
  • Customize training programs to meet industry-specific requirements in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and automotive sectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of calibration principles and practices.
  • Strong communication, training, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging training content.
  • Proficiency in reference standards and traceability.
  • Industry experience in calibration practices.
