About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Analyst to join our Insurance sector team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer interactions meet the highest standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring calls, evaluating agent performance, and providing constructive feedback. This involves:

  • Monitoring calls to assess quality and identify areas for improvement
  • Evaluating agent performance to ensure compliance with process guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Conducting calibration sessions with team leaders and trainers to maintain consistency across the team
  • Preparing MIS/Quality reports to share insights with management and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel/MIS reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Experience working in rotational or night shifts
  • A background in any discipline with 5-8 years of experience in Quality function (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
