About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled ETL developer who can design and implement efficient data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into a target system. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues within data pipelines and ensure the smooth functioning of the system.

  • Design and implement ETL processes using MS SQL Migration Assistant (SSMA) or Golden Gate
  • Analyse data to identify trends and troubleshoot data-related issues to ensure data quality and performance
  • Develop and maintain data integration and transformation techniques such as normalization, data cleansing, data validation, standardization, and data mapping
  • Work with relational database management systems (RDBMS) like MS SQL, MySQL, DB2, and Oracle to manage data at its source and destination
  • Apply data governance principles and practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs
Requirements:
  • B.E (IT or CS), B.Tech, or MCA degree
  • 5-8 years of experience in ETL development
  • Strong foundation in SQL, including complex joins, subqueries, and data aggregation functions
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or Scala for automating tasks and integrating with APIs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
