We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Agent to join our team at Six Senses Vana, Dehradun. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for managing room allocations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining the highest level of service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Room Allocations: Assist in allocating rooms based on guest preferences and availability.">
  • Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.">
  • Reservation Management: Process new reservations, update and clean up existing ones, and ensure accurate data entry.">
  • Reporting: Run daily reports for the reservations department and provide insights for operational improvements.">

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel industry.">
  • Demonstrated knowledge of hotel systems, including PMS, GDS, and CRS platforms.">
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.">
  • Fluency in English is essential.">

Salary and Benefits
