Workplace Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing workplace operations in the South-East Asia region, ensuring local team delivery aligns with APAC Workplace standards and best practices.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Corporate Real Estate principles and practices, excellent project management and organizational skills, and proficient interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Head of Workplace APAC in managing workplace operations.
  • Ensuring local team delivery aligns with APAC Workplace standards and best practices.
  • Managing annual budgets while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Anticipating business needs within the local portfolio and proactively recommending CRE value-driving solutions.
  • Building and nurturing successful business relationships with various functions, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver effective CRE services.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Real Estate principles and practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building.
  • Analytical skills for budget management and operational efficiency assessment.
  • Ability to foster and leverage strategic relationships across functions and regions.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of overall experience in workplace operations or related fields.
  • 4-6 years of experience specifically managing or working with corporate real estate or facility management technologies.
  • Prior experience in vendor management and operational efficiency roles.
