Job Role: AI Researcher

About the role:

We seek a passionate individual to collaborate with our Advanced AI R&D team in India. You will work on novel approaches to solving fundamental scientific problems and challenges from real-world applications, using core technologies such as LLMs, evolutionary algorithms, and other machine learning techniques.

Detailed Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced research in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and adjacent fields to solve complex and impactful business and societal problems.
  • Design, develop, and optimize models and algorithms involving novel architecture and training methodologies and advance AI capabilities.
  • Publish research findings in top-tier peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, AI engineers, domain SMEs, and client teams to transition research prototypes into production-ready solutions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments.
  • Mentor junior researchers and engineers.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including LLMs, evolutionary algorithms, and other relevant techniques.
  • Experience with developing and optimizing AI models and algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to stay current with advancements in AI research and development.
