Job Title: Software Engineering Lead

We are seeking an accomplished software engineering lead to spearhead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft technology stack, strong architecture and design capabilities, and the ability to drive full-stack development initiatives across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and performant .NET-based enterprise applications.
  • Develop high-level and detailed architectural designs including application, data, integration, and cloud architecture.
  • Define technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for the development team.
  • Select appropriate frameworks and technologies based on solution requirements and constraints.
  • Guide and mentor development teams on architecture, design patterns, and development practices.
  • Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to design principles, quality standards, and performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, product managers, and QA teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Drive modernization and digital transformation projects including legacy migrations to .NET Core/.NET 6+.
  • Provide hands-on development support across the full technology stack (frontend + backend).
  • Architect APIs, services, and integrations using REST, gRPC, and third-party systems.
  • Integrate CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Manage deployment, performance tuning, and monitoring in cloud/on-prem environments.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on .NET Framework/Core.
  • Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC, Entity Framework.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful services, and event-driven patterns.
  • Proficient in SQL Server, NoSQL (MongoDB/CosmosDB), and data modeling.
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, React, or Blazor.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Logic Apps) or other cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
  • Expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Solid grasp of design patterns, SOLID principles, and DDD (Domain-Driven Design).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
