ServiceNow Administration Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to manage and support our platform.

Responsibilities include day-to-day administration, user management, configuration, and troubleshooting. Upgrades, performance monitoring, security maintenance, and governance enforcement are also key tasks.

Collaboration with IT teams, user support, and process documentation are essential aspects of this role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM modules, workflows, and integrations
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
