Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Servicenow administrator to oversee the day-to-day management of our Servicenow platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and supporting the platform, ensuring seamless upgrades, monitoring performance, maintaining security, and adhering to governance standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administering Servicenow to ensure smooth operations
  • Managing user access and permissions
  • Configuring and troubleshooting system workflows
  • Ensuring compliance with security and governance policies
  • Collaborating with IT teams to resolve technical issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Servicenow administration
  • Servicenow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of ITSM modules, workflows, and integrations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to support users
  • Ability to create detailed documentation of processes and procedures
