We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team at FXCM. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing innovative client-facing features in our onboarding application and customer portal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop logical and innovative solutions to complex business objectives with a focus on customer experience.
  • Write business requirements documentation in user story format along with use cases for new feature requests.
  • Manage and mentor junior Business Analysts in a scrum environment to ensure they adhere to high customer experience standards.
  • Work with technical development and testing counterparts, as well as with non-technical business stakeholders and UX Designers to ensure end-user satisfaction in an Agile environment.
  • Provide demos to large groups of business stakeholders.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Obtain company-sponsored certification(s).
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience writing User Stories and business requirements.
  • Extensive experience with designing and implementing customer-facing features.
  • Proficient experience with Jira and Confluence in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to evaluate business objectives and design innovative solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English written and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and RESTful APIs preferred.
  • At least 10 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Business Analyst or Project Management certification.
