**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Exportersindia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full life-cycle of recruitment process, including making job descriptions, sourcing profiles, and coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making job descriptions for various requisitions
- Sourcing profiles through web portals and LinkedIn
- Preliminary screening and shortlisting of candidate profiles
- Coordinating interviews and making arrangements
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment
- Salary negotiations and date of joining arrangements
- Employee relations and grievance handling
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in human resources or recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Working Conditions:
- Location: Rama Road, Industrial Area, Near Kirti Nagar Metro Station
- Timings: 9:30 to 06:00
