Artist Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Artist Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in influencer marketing and a passion for working with artists and influencers.

Job Description:

The Artist Manager will be responsible for partnering with top-tier influencers, managing their portfolios, and overseeing campaign execution. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with talented artists and influencers for brand collaborations.
  • Manage influencer portfolios and oversee campaign execution.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with creators, talent agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Campaign coordination, including negotiating deliverables, rates, and timelines.
  • Record keeping and reporting on all influencer interactions and performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to partner with top-tier influencers and manage their portfolios effectively.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on social media trends.
  • Prior experience working with a brand or influencer network is essential.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms, and content creation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
