Job Title: Regional Site Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Site Manager to lead our site operations in Mumbai and Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in the fit-out industry.

About You:
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with consultants, architects, and multiple vendors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and local authority approvals processes.
  • Able to travel extensively for work purposes.
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
  2. Review and plan project milestones, procurement plans, and present them to the business team.
  3. Ensure attention to detail and adherence to quality installation at each stage of construction.
  4. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and multiple vendors from initial stages to final handover to clients.
  5. Browse and review all drawings and BOQ for the project, taking ownership of the same.
  6. Bring value engineering and cost-saving mechanisms throughout the life cycle of the project.
  7. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Proficiency in using construction management tools/softwares.
