Chief Technology Risk Operations Specialist

The Chief Technology Risk Operations Specialist position plays a pivotal role in defining and documenting a comprehensive Issue Management Process document/methodology. This involves leading efforts to centralize control gaps/issues in the GRC tool, logging, tracking, monitoring, and remediation of control gaps/issues, as well as coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure issues are clearly articulated and mapped to appropriate risk categories.
This specialist will also be responsible for periodic reporting of issues to senior Management, conducting data analysis to demonstrate trends of progress made in issue remediation by various technology processes, and preparing PowerPoint presentations to provide a thorough and holistic issue management process.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong relationship-building and communication skills, with experience in high-pressure environments and proven ability to convey complex risk topics to varied audiences.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Information Technology, with 5+ years of experience in technology risk management and internal controls implementation, including both building and operating a function.
Beyond technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a commitment to delivering results-driven solutions that meet business objectives.
