Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Expert to join our team in Bangalore. As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Your primary role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement testing strategies. You will ensure top performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications.

  • Provide technical leadership and lead high-performing QA teams within your organization.
  • Commit to the full lifecycle of application testing, from conception and design, through deployment.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of all applications by developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, developers, and other disciplines to deliver the next generation of software features for our customers.

A good understanding of Google's design principles and interface guidelines is essential to ensure consistent and high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain automated and manual testing protocols, communication interfaces, and test environment setups.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure top performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications.
  • Architect maintainable, performant test automation frameworks with effective documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Considerable experience in QA development and proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, generating comprehensive test plans, and executing both manual and automated tests.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with firmware testing and complex interactions with external devices through Bluetooth technologies.
