Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit & Taxation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing audit processes, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in financial analysis, and extensive experience in auditing practices and principles. Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial statements, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of finance and tax regulations are also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage audit processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Develop and implement audit plans to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
  • Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial analysis
  • Extensive experience in auditing practices and principles
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
