We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Green Apple HR Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent for our jewellery industry clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- To source, shortlist, and interview candidates for various roles within the jewellery industry, ensuring that we find the best fit for each position.
- To develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including social media campaigns, job fairs, and employee referrals, to increase our candidate pipeline and reduce time-to-hire.
- To work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with regular updates on the status of candidates.
- To conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications to ensure that all new hires meet our high standards.
- To maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate interactions, interviews, and offers made.
- To stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment, staying ahead of the competition and driving continuous improvement in our recruitment processes.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using spreadsheets to track candidate data and manage recruitment pipelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation and HR policies and procedures.
- Working knowledge of ERP & HRMS Software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
