Job Title: Quantitative Trader

We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Trader to join our team. As a key member of our research department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing trading strategies that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on cryptocurrency markets to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and backtest algorithmic trading strategies using quantitative methods
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and inform trading decisions
  • Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate research into production systems
  • Support the development of risk management and portfolio optimization models

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics)
  • Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or econometrics (e.g., probability, linear algebra, calculus)
  • Programming experience in Python, R, MATLAB, or related tools
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and trading concepts
  • Experience with data libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, and statistical modeling techniques
  • Interest in time series analysis and algorithmic trading strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and ability to present research findings effectively
