We were founded by three friends from college who share a passion for solving real-world problems at scale and consuming content for hours. We started when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but couldn't. We're based out of Gurugram and have recently secured significant funding.
Job DescriptionAs a Product Performance Analyst, you will collaborate with product managers to define key metrics and KPIs to track product performance. You'll analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements. Your responsibilities will include developing dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and communicating insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
- Communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you'll need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is required. Advanced degree is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in Python is highly preferred.
