We are seeking a highly skilled Product Category Strategist to join our team at Talentiser. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability for our product categories.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute long-term strategies for product categories, including product selection, pricing, and distribution strategies.
- Monitor category sales performance and profitability, adjusting plans to meet targets.
- Manage the product assortment within the category, ensuring the right mix of products is available based on market trends and consumer preferences.
- Play a critical role in forecasting demand, managing supply chain processes, and ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align category strategies with overall business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in category management or related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
