Senior Software Implementation Specialist

This is an opportunity to join our team as a Senior Software Implementation Specialist. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the implementation of software solutions in a project management approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of software implementation projects, from initial demand collection to project closure.
  • Be responsible for the success of transformation steps of projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, go-live, and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the development of project strategies and participate in the 5-year plan, including architecture concepts and assessment of transformation alignment with current strategy.
  • Manage a part of the run and maintain activity, contributing to incidents management and progressive maintenance management.

Requirements:

  • BE / BTech/ Any Master's Degree.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience/knowledge of general industry or steel market/products/production process is an advantage.
  • SAP customizing skills in SAP PM module.
  • ABAP skills are a plus (Debugging).
  • Deep Business processes knowledge of Plant Maintenance activity.
  • Business Process Modelling.
  • Ability and experience in managing small teams in project mode.
Preferred Skills:
  • SAP customizing and implementation skills in other modules like MM and FI-CO.
  • SAP Solution Manager knowledge.
  • ITIL.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, other departments, and within an ecosystem of partners.
