We are seeking a skilled Client Servicing and New Product Development (NPD) professional to act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with at least 2 years of experience in the printing & packaging industry. The role involves managing client communication, order updates, and coordinating new packaging developments from sampling to production.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client communication, queries, and updates
- Coordinate order processing, dispatch tracking, and delivery timelines
- Manage NPD projects: structural & printed samples arrangement, client approvals coordination, smooth transition from prototype to bulk production, and work closely with design, production, accounts, and logistics teams
- Maintain CRM records, purchase orders, invoices, and client updates
- Proactively share status reports with clients and management
- 2–4 years' experience in Client Servicing / Operations / Packaging / Printing
- Minimum 2 years in the Printing & Packaging industry is mandatory
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Excel, CRM tools, and documentation
- Proactive, organised, and able to multitask
- Work with premium brands in fast-growing industries
