We are seeking highly motivated Educational Consultants to join our team. As an Educational Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding students through the educational process, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their academic and professional objectives.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students, converting leads into full-course admissions.
  • Conduct structured counseling sessions to understand students' goals and suggest the right course.
  • Explain program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities clearly.
  • Manage CRM tools, including lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, and EMI schedules.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in EdTech, Sales, Counseling, or BPO.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability.
  • Comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
