Key Responsibilities:
- Closing Process Coordination: Oversee the entire closing process from contract to closing date, adhering to timelines and preparing necessary documents.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant legal documents and contracts.
- Financial Management: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to process financial transactions smoothly.
- Client Communication: Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
- Document Management: Maintain organized and secure files of all transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and proactively resolve them promptly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation.
