Database Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining large-scale MySQL databases, ensuring high performance and reliability.

  • Create and maintain efficient database architecture, including indexing and query optimization.
  • Develop and implement HA and clustering solutions for maximum uptime and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement large-scale MySQL deployments.
  • Design and implement sharding architecture and techniques to ensure optimal database performance.
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience in MySQL management, including HA and clustering solution implementation.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale MySQL deployments.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix based OS environments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
