Chief Financial Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will execute day-to-day accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance across direct and indirect taxes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
- Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of GST returns, TDS payments, income tax provisions, and other applicable financial compliances.
- Assist in preparation of monthly MIS reports, audit schedules, cash flow statements, and financial analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and regulatory purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce (mandatory).
- CA Inter or semi-qualified CA (preferred).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax compliance.
- Internship experience in a CA firm or finance function is an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and basic financial controls.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Working understanding of GST, TDS & income tax rules.
