Job Title: Financial Management Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor payments, collections, and reconciliation activities.
  • Own the complete end-to-end AR/O2C process, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to address billing or payment concerns.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Review and improve accounts receivable processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy, implementing automation tools or software solutions as needed.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Implement and enforce effective credit and collections policies, monitoring cash flow by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports and identifying potential risks.
  • Identify revenue leakage and implement processes to bridge gaps, prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.
  • Publish various dashboards for management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal control policies related to Accounts Receivable and credit management.

Requirements:

  • Certified Accountant with 4-6 years of work experience in B2B setup.
  • Experience in IFRS/Ind-AS is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality are required.
