Cloud Infrastructure Expert Sought

About the Role
  • Drive cloud setup improvements for enterprise clients, focusing on scalability, security, infrastructure automation and availability.
  • Evaluate client environments, recommend enhancements and implement changes using best practices where possible.
  • Design and modify cloud architectures leveraging GCP services such as VPCs, Cloud NAT, Load Balancing, IAM and Service Accounts.
  • Develop and deploy workloads on GKE and/or Compute Engine; containerize where appropriate and fine-tune autoscaling.
  • Configure Cloud SQL, Spanner, Memorystore and BigQuery according to project needs; apply backup/restore and HA/DR strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in cloud infrastructure with at least 3 years on GCP.
  • Deep knowledge of: VPC design, routing/NAT, load balancing, IAM, containers and Linux fundamentals.
  • Proven track record of introducing organizational controls: folder/project structure, org policies, billing budgets and alerts.
  • Able to work independently, communicate effectively and deliver safely in regulated contexts.
  • Excellent English oral communication skills.

About You

  • You have a strong background in cloud infrastructure and at least 3 years of experience working with GCP.
  • You are skilled in designing and modifying cloud architectures, developing and deploying applications, and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
  • You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, and are able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
