Job Summary

The position involves ensuring accurate financial reporting and collaborating with regional and global finance teams.

Additionally, the successful candidate will analyze financial data and provide insights to management.

The ideal candidate will have a CA/CMA qualification with 10-15 years of experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure factory costs are accounted rightly in line with accounting standards.
  2. Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data and KPIs.
  3. Analyze and monitor the financial performance of business units.
  4. Provide insights and recommendations to management.
  5. Prepare management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and other defined timelines.
  6. Support the MMR, QBR, Forecasting, Business Plan, and participate in business projects.
Requirements
  • CA / CMA qualification with 10-15 years of experience.
  • Good knowledge of common financial standards and systems.
  • Experience with business planning, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Strong professional written, verbal communications, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills including excel and a solid understanding of ERP systems.
  • Ability to work and facilitate within a team environment.
