Key Responsibilities

  • Delivers high-quality statistical programming support for multiple clinical research projects.
  • Develops advanced statistical programming with SAS and R, providing expert consultation to cross-functional teams.
  • Establishes proficiency in programming techniques required for clinical trials research, adhering to CDISC standards and analysis data sets.
  • Ensures timely delivery of key results based on established regulatory requirements for E-submissions and study requirements.
  • Creates comprehensive documentation and annotations, including specifications, review of mock shells, and adherence to relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Writes well-structured, efficient, and high-quality code, conducts code reviews, and supports cross-functional programming activities as needed.
  • Stays up-to-date with current statistical programming techniques to ensure adoption of sound methodologies.
  • Communicates complex statistical concepts internally and may present at external conferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience in statistical programming, preferably in a Pharmaceutical or CRO environment, with a scientific discipline background.
  • Proficiency in GCP principles and other regulatory standards in Clinical Research.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process scientific and medical data.
  • Advanced statistical programming skills in SAS, with familiarity in R, Python, or other relevant statistical software considered beneficial.
