Key Position for Learning Management System Administration

The ideal candidate will oversee all activities on the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless execution and optimal utilization of its features. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage user accounts and permissions effectively.

This role involves training trainers on LMS tools, uploading, organizing, and maintaining digital learning content within the LMS, as well as analyzing, updating, and refining existing online content. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing learning dashboards.

Content Development Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and curation of SOPs for each department
  • Management and update of training content repository
  • Management of content creation of e-learning modules through external vendors
  • Creation of byte-sized learning modules, preferably video-based, for new topics

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR with emphasis on administration and management
  • Hospitality experience is an added advantage, showcasing adaptability and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English language, essential for effective communication

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (PPT, WORD, EXCEL)
  • Experience using design software (Canva) and video making tools (VYOND, Articulate)
  • Strong content writing and development skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Vendor management and interpersonal skills for smooth collaboration
  • Presentation skills to effectively convey ideas
