Seeking a skilled Resident Medical Officer to join our esteemed hospital in Mumbai. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including conducting rounds as instructed by consultants, entering patient details in the IPD file, and following leave guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform rounds as instructed by consultants to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Enter patient details in the IPD file and inform consultants for further action to facilitate effective communication.
  • Adhere to hospital guidelines and follow leave policies to maintain a smooth work environment.
  • In case of extended leave, inform the Head of Department (HOD) and obtain verbal approval to avoid any disruptions.
  • Prepare admission and discharge notes as per consultant instructions to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Take calls according to the rota prepared by the HOD to provide 24/7 coverage.
  • Hand over patient information to the taking-over resident doctor for proper care and continuity.
  • Attend referred cases from visiting and honorary consultants to demonstrate expertise and build relationships.
