Purpose Of The Role
The Medical Officer at Jio World Centre is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all employees and visitors within the premises. The role involves providing medical care and emergency services, overseeing health protocols, and managing day-to-day healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities of The Role
- Manage routine OPD treatment for JIO World Centre employees/ stakeholders and ensure emergency and disaster preparedness, management and coordination all concerned departments.
- Assist CMO to plan medical monitoring and oversee analysis of medical data and ensure appropriate proactive and reactive measures.
- Ensure implementation of Reliance corporate medical policy and standards.
- Assist CMO to plan & organize OH programs # CASHe, OH Sub-committee, Awareness Programs.
- Anticipate and identify Medical and OH/IH risks and assist CMO to develop and execute risk mitigation plans.
- Adjudge fitness post injury/ sickness and preemployment health checks to be done as per organizational requirements.
- Assist CMO in review of the Medical Budget.
- Attend all training sessions as and when required as per organizational guidelines .
- A proactive approach to all new health initiatives at different locations of the work premises.
- Implement safety, infection control and emergency policy and procedure at all locations.
- Must play a major role in getting quality accreditations of all the OHCs.
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, policies and procedures and standards of quality and safety.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Experience in Critical care and Emergency medicine will be preferred
