Our organization is seeking a seasoned workforce deployment expert to spearhead the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions. This strategic role involves partnering with clients across multiple regions to meet their global workforce needs.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong network of vendors and consultants to achieve exceptional fill rates and reduced time-to-fill cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized staffing strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Manage the entire consultant lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, engagement, extension, roll-off, and redeployment.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across geographies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service experiences for clients and consultants alike.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, negotiation expertise, and experience working with MSP/VMS platforms.

Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in workforce deployment or staff augmentation with exposure to APAC, US, and EMEA markets.
  • A proven track record of success in driving utilization metrics, reducing average time-to-fill cycles, and managing multi-regional staffing programs.
  • Prior experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing firms is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/HR specialization is an added advantage.
