Senior UI Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior UI Developer to lead our user interface development efforts. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, scalable, and responsive user interface components.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years of experience in React.

This role requires strong knowledge of Redux and the ability to design and develop complex user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop user interface components that meet the requirements of product managers and UX designers.
  • Define and enforce UI coding standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure high-quality code.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code.
  • Mentor and coach UI developers, providing guidance and support on technical challenges.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to design principles.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the UI development process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in React.
  • Strong knowledge of Redux.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience with code review tools and processes.
