UI Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UI Developer to transform design concepts into seamless digital experiences.

This role involves creating beautiful, intuitive, and interactive user interfaces that balance aesthetics with performance.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, an instinct for user interaction, and the ability to turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thinking user-first in all aspects of the job.
  • Collaborating closely with UX designers and product teams to bring design concepts to life.
  • Ensuring pixel-perfect translation of designs into interactive UIs.
  • Delivering responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible interfaces.
  • Optimizing rendering performance for smooth, high-quality experiences.
  • Contributing to testing, debugging, and polishing UIs for reliability and usability.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional experience as a UI Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling practices (SCSS, Styled Components, etc.).
  • Experience in responsive design and deep knowledge of accessibility (WCAG standards).
  • Ability to work with Figma or similar tools to translate visual designs into production-ready UIs.
  • Understanding of UI performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Exposure to maritime, logistics, or enterprise software domains.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript UI behaviors, animations, and micro-interactions.
  • Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks (basic working knowledge only).
  • Knowledge of SVG, canvas, or lightweight visualization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with utility-first CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind).
  • Agile/Scrum team exposure.
