Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Description:
  • Oversee the entire procurement process, encompassing indirect categories such as IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, human resources, and marketing.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and value addition.
  • Lead RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes to ensure optimal vendor choice.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with vendors to drive business outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and preferences.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality, service, or delivery in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the supplier base and reduce procurement risk.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to align procurement decisions with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve procurement-related challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and systems to manage the procurement process efficiently.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in procurement to stay ahead of the competition.
