We are seeking an exceptional Senior Operations Manager to join our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop systems, drive outcomes, and gain hands-on experience in running a business from end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate key objectives into actionable plans, complete with clear owners and deadlines
  • Design and implement dashboards and cadences to keep teams on track and focused
  • Oversee the execution of high-priority projects, spanning insights, go-to-market strategies, and partnerships
  • Develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure scalability and minimize dependency on senior leaders
The Ideal Candidate:
  • possesses excellent communication skills, able to craft concise 1-pagers and compelling presentations
  • thinks structurally, breaking down complex problems into manageable parts and setting effective guardrails
  • is data-driven, proficient in Google Sheets and metrics, with a keen eye for experimentation
  • can distill consumer insights from customer feedback and market data, informing informed decisions
  • approaches problems with a first-principles mindset, valuing independent judgment over rigid playbooks
  • is a hard worker, delivering high-quality results with attention to detail
  • learns quickly, adapting to new domains and tools with ease
  • asks insightful questions, digging deeper to uncover hidden patterns and relationships
  • thinks at scale, designing solutions that can handle increased volume and edge cases
  • has a knack for process improvement, creating SOPs, checklists, and documentation that streamline workflows
  • excels at project management, recording time-stamped decisions, owners, and deadlines
