About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth studies on cyber threats affecting power grids, smart meters, and energy storage systems.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and drafting policy documents, regulatory frameworks, and technical guidelines related to cybersecurity in the energy sector.
  • They will support government and industry stakeholders in shaping cyber policies for energy systems.
  • Contribution to white papers, issue briefs, and strategic recommendations on cyber power security will also be expected.
  1. Technology Evaluation
  • The ideal candidate will assess emerging technologies like smart grids, IoT in energy, and AI-driven threat detection.
  • Collaboration with technical teams to evaluate cybersecurity tools and protocols will be required.
  • Monitoring developments in utility demand-side management, grid energy storage, and electric mobility will also be part of the role.

  • Liaising with policymakers, energy utilities, tech vendors, and international think tanks will be an essential aspect of the job.
