Senior Linux Systems Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Linux Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Linux infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot complex Linux systems at an advanced level, ensuring high availability and system stability.
  • Perform kernel tuning, patching, and OS upgrades, as well as implement and maintain high-availability clusters.
  • Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration, with a strong focus on performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl, with a proven track record of developing efficient and scalable scripts.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux distributions, including RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
