AI Banking Interface Designer

We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team and help redefine the future of banking. Our goal is to create effortless, intelligent, and profitable banking experiences that enhance user experience while boosting revenue and efficiency.

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for AI-driven financial interfaces.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to balance automation with user control.
  • Design for transparency, trust, and explainability to ensure AI behaviors are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Support user research and usability testing efforts with insights that inform design iteration.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with fintech or data-heavy tools exposure.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Foundational understanding of human-computer interaction with interest in human-AI interaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing for fintech platforms or banking interfaces.
  • Understanding agent-based systems or AI explainability patterns.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and regulatory considerations.
