We are seeking an experienced UI Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the design department, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-friendly designs that meet our high standards.

About the Role:

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to demonstrate a deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Develop high-fidelity, innovative, and visually appealing user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.
  • Champion design consistency by establishing and maintaining design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing leadership and expertise in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct and lead user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iteratively enhance designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results.
  • Closely collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a profound expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Able to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs.
  • Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of Figma design projects highlighting innovation, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
