Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Information Security Specialist to lead and manage our organization's information security and data compliance functions. The individual will be central in ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and enterprise-wide security across all business functions.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive information security policies and procedures.

They will analyze current systems and processes to identify vulnerabilities, develop risk management strategies, and implement controls to mitigate potential threats.

This role requires a deep understanding of industry-leading security frameworks, regulations, and standards, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain information security policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Implement security controls and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in information security or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex security projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in security frameworks and regulations (e.g. NIST, GDPR)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certifications in information security (e.g. CISSP, CEH)
  • Experience with security-related technologies (e.g. firewalls, intrusion detection systems)
  • Knowledge of cloud security and compliance
  • Fluency in multiple languages
