We are looking for a seasoned systems architect to drive the future of hotel distribution. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable, resilient system architectures using Java (Spring Boot) and event-driven designs.
  • Design and build high-performance systems that solve real-time challenges in search, pricing, and booking workflows.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of critical projects from conception to deployment and lead multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
  • Mentor teams while solving complex technical challenges and focus on performance optimization and low-latency system design.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in backend development with deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
  • A hands-on developer who can code, architect, and lead by example.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders - product teams, clients, and cross-functional tech teams.
  • Distributed systems experience with event-driven architectures and NoSQL databases (ScyllaDB, MongoDB).
  • Performance optimization and latency tuning skills and ownership mindset with a proven track record of delivering mission-critical projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with LLM pipelines, RAG, or agentic AI.
  • Proficiency in Databricks, Spark, or large-scale data processing.
  • Background in travel-tech or B2B marketplaces.
  • Full-stack experience with React.
