We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Systems Engineer – Collaboration Platforms. In this position, you will be responsible for automating business processes, participating in technical design of platforms, and managing ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications.

The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams. As the Senior Systems Engineer, you will oversee the administration and integration of our collaboration platforms, working with internal and external partners across various organizations.

You will establish strong relationships with users to ensure efficient, secure, and practical solutions that deliver engaging productivity experiences. This position reports to the senior management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Ensure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issues.

Requirements:

  • 5+yrs technology support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibiting optimism in challenging situations.
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable components, offering succinct solutions.
