We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Functional Consultant to join our team at Accedepro Private Limited. As a subject matter expert, you will play a significant role in the discovery of new solutions, design process designs, and implementation of Oracle Finance and Controlling.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in functional subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance/Controlling business processes. You should have at least 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Finance and in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion: Accounting Hub Cloud experience is a plus.

You will be responsible for leading workshops in gathering business requirements, influencing the adoption of standard Oracle processes, and identifying gaps while minimizing development effort. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership in prioritizing, scoping, estimating, planning, and delivery of Oracle Finance/Controlling business processes solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Information Systems, Chartered Accountant, Business Management, or related qualifications
  • Oracle Financials Cloud certifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience and functional subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance/Controlling business processes
  • At least 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Finance
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion: Accounting Hub Cloud experience is a plus

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, which may vary based on location and experience. The total estimated annual compensation package for this position is $150,000-$180,000. We also offer additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
