Communication Specialist Role

The Communication Specialist plays a vital role in crafting and disseminating internal communications that foster engagement and align with our ResultsCX values. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing diverse communication materials, such as company announcements and policy reminders.
  • Elevating the monthly newsletter to provide a comprehensive snapshot of past activities.
  • Capturing compelling employee stories through interviews across various services.
  • Designing and executing company-wide campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Collaborating with the design team to ensure seamless alignment with ResultsCX brand guidelines.

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing cross-department communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Passion for employee experience and developing resonant communication.
  • Solid problem-solving and time-management abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
