Job Title:
R&D Scientist – Process Development

We are seeking a talented R&D Scientist to lead and execute the development, optimization, and scale-up of robust, cost-effective, and regulatory-compliant chemical processes for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and intermediates. The successful candidate will have expertise in process development, optimization, and scale-up, with a strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and regulatory requirements.

About the Role:
The R&D Scientist will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing chemical processes for the production of APIs and intermediates. This includes developing and implementing process improvements, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technology transfer.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute process development strategies to meet business objectives
• Design and optimize chemical processes for API and intermediate production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technology transfer
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process development and optimization
• Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
