About the Job:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our R&D efforts and lead a team of formulation scientists, analytical scientists, and other technical professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology product development and generic drug development. The Director of Formulation and R&D will be responsible for creating a culture and atmosphere aligned with the company values, building key technical and leadership capabilities within the teams, and maintaining a productive, diverse, and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities:
Set strategic direction, determine goals/objectives/priorities for multi-disciplinary team of scientists with responsibility for product formulation, method development, method validation, stability testing, and R&D technology management. Lead the identification of a strong pipeline of projects to support consistent flow of ANDA and NDA filings. Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business results. Develop and execute strategies to drive innovation and growth across the organization.
