Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our data engineering and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution, scope alignment, and budget adherence. They will also develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.

Our ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in project management within a technical environment and is proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project). A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to define project requirements and success metrics.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project blockers and dependencies.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is current and aligned with project goals.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management within a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
